Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of identify.agency and any services iDENTIFY provides under a separate written engagement.

Engagements

All client engagements run month to month with one month's notice to exit. There are no annual contracts and no exit fees. Specific deliverables are described in your service agreement.

Ad spend

Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.). iDENTIFY does not mark up media spend.

Intellectual property

Creative produced for a client engagement transfers to the client upon final payment of the relevant invoice.

Limitation of liability

Marketing results may vary depending on practice location, local competition, services offered, and market conditions. iDENTIFY does not guarantee specific outcomes.
